Pastel drawing by Rachel Maytum
These leopards eyes were created using Faber-Castell pastel pencils, soft pastels and clairefontaine pastelmat. Over the next couple of months, I will continue to learn how to create realistic drawings using Pastel pencils. The leopard eyes were my first ever pastel drawing. I was very impressed how well the pastel pencils created such great detail and how they blended so well. You can draw layer over layer which gave it that realistic look.
This is where your text starts. This Clouded Leopard was drawn using Faber-Castell pastel pencils, soft pastels and clairefontaine pastelmat. I love how vibrant it looks.
This was my first ever wild animal drawing that I had drawn. An Orangutan drawing using black paper and one white coloured pencil. It's amazing what you can do with limited Art Tools.
